Rumours that Virgin AU will have the iPhone
There are unconfirmed rumours that Virgin Mobile Broadband will carry the iPhone along with Telstra, Vodafone and Optus.
The speculation appears to have started on the Cnet forums when a poster claimed that they were advised by Virgin to wait a couple of weeks by which time they would be able to get the iPhone through Virgin.
Cnet and ZDnet tried to confirm the rumours but were told by a spokesperson that Virgin had nothing to announce.
